It Begins With a Visit

A campus tour allows you to experience our classrooms, meet our faculty, and get a sense of daily life on campus. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, explore our programs, and see how our students engage in meaningful learning.

You’ll meet faculty. You’ll see students engaged. And you’ll begin to picture your child here Some families know immediately. Others take time to reflect. Either way, the tour is where the journey begins.

A Day in the Life

One of the most meaningful parts of the admissions experience is the Shadow Day.

Prospective students spend time on campus, sitting in class, meeting peers, and experiencing what a typical day feels like. It’s not about performance—it’s about fit. During summer months, this step becomes a personal interview, allowing the admissions team to get to know your child in a relaxed setting.

We want each student to feel comfortable, capable, and ready to thrive here.

Completing the Application

After visiting campus and participating in a Shadow Day, families complete the online application.

The process is organized and streamlined, with a built-in checklist that helps keep everything on track. Documents like report cards, immunization records, and teacher recommendations are uploaded securely.

There’s no single deadline. Applications are reviewed throughout the year, and students are enrolled as space allows. For families relocating or exploring mid-year transitions, this flexibility is often a welcome relief.

Academic Placement

Students entering 1st through 12th grade will also complete an entrance assessment to help ensure proper academic placement. This allows us to support each student at the right level from day one.

Understanding Tuition 

Beginning a private school education is a significant investment in your child’s future—and Banff works to make the process clear and straightforward. Once accepted, families complete two final steps: submitting the enrollment fee to secure their child’s place and digitally signing the Enrollment Contract while setting up tuition billing.
