The Banff School Admissions
Want to learn more about how to apply to The Banff School? You are at the right place! We have strived to simplify the process to join our "Banff Family!" Our admissions and enrollment is 100% online, with the exception of an entrance test in 1st-12th grades (which can sometimes be waived for certain students). Our online application includes a handy checklist of all the items you need to provide and helps you keep track of what you have and have not yet submitted.
Step 1: Complete the Online Application, which includes:
- Photo of the student
- Student's Birth Certificate
- Emergency Contact Information & Authorized Pick-Up List
- Immunization Records
- Report Cards/Transcripts (1st-12th grade)
- Teacher Recommendations (1st-12th grade)

Step 2: Pay the non-refundable Application fee
Step 3: Schedule the student's entrance test (1st-12th grades), if required.
Following a thorough review of the applicant's information, The Banff School's Admissions Committee will make a decision and notify the applicants of their recommendations. If accepted, the student will be ready to enroll.
Once accepted, familes will need to complete two final steps to become enrolled at The Banff School:
Step 1: Pay a non-refundable Enrollment Fee, which will hold the student's spot in his/her class.
Step 2: Digitally sign the Enrollment Contract. During this step, parents will also setup their billing account and choose a payment option for tuition charges.
