All Events & Special Activities at the school that will utilize a classroom, facility or other venue outside of the normal classroom and class schedule must use this form to request approval.

 

  1. All Event Requests must be received at least 48 hours in advance of the event.

  2. If the Event Request includes technology needs, the request must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

  3. Please remember that some venues (cafeteria, gym, dance studio) are used as classrooms and may not be available for an event without appropriate advance notice.

  4. If this event is a fundraiser (whether for the school or an outside group) you must also fill out the "Fundraiser Request Form" found on the Banff Staff Share drive.

  5. Once your event is approved, your event will be placed on the "Banff Academic Calendar" and be viewable to both the faculty/staff as well as parents/students (if requested in your form).

  6. If there are any conflicts or questions about your event request, you will be contacted within 48 hours of submitting the Event Request.

  7. If your event details change after submitting the event, or you need to cancel the event, please contact Josh Harbour immediately.
