The administrative and teaching staff consists of twenty-six men and women who have been educated at 17 different universities in six different countries. Committed to continuing their own education, both teachers and administrators (more than half with advanced degrees) are enrolled annually in professional growth and graduate courses.

The staff of Banff School strives to challenge students to work to the best of their individual abilities and to prepare them academically and emotionally to meet future challenges. We work to teach students responsibility for their actions and motivate them to achieve greatness when they leave our institution for other horizons.
