Thank you to our Gala Committee and all parents and friends of The Banff School who attended, donated, organized or otherwise contributed to a fantastic evening of fundraising. We made approximately $19,000 towards our new art studio!

PREKINDERGARTEN

Our preschool program gives students the opportunity to learn and play in a secure and loving environment which will help to foster their intellectual, social, emotional and physical development.

ELEMENTARY

The Banff School provides a challenging, exciting curriculum in a nurturing atmosphere for students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. Students enrolled in grades K-5 are taught by one instructor in a self-contained classroom. Specialists teach music, physical education and Spanish.

The Elementary School curriculum is enriched by a Fine Arts program of Visual Art and Music and the inclusion of courses in Spanish, Computer Skills and Physical Fitness, while field trips provide an added dimension to classroom studies.

During a time when students are facing the challenge of adapting to growth and change, the Banff School merges consistent discipline with an atmosphere of fun and caring. Students practice the study habits and interpersonal skills necessary for them to develop into happy, successful adults.

Our goals in Middle School are to challenge students to work to the best of their individual abilities, and to prepare them academically and emotionally to meet future challenges.

The Banff High School offers a college preparatory curriculum taught within a learning environment that fosters a secure and challenging education. Teachers and staff strive to educate the entire student through a strong liberal arts curriculum. The core curriculum at The Banff School better prepares students for their future education and life choices.

Qualified, professional educators practice mastery teaching, encouraging students to fully learn and apply course material. Helpful counselors provide guidance to students as they navigate the sometimes-complicated path of college testing and admissions.Class size ensures that students will have individualized attention.

Dual credit courses allow qualified students to receive high school and college credit concurrently in many upper level courses

Students from countries such as Canada, Columbia, England, France, Hong Kong, Ireland, Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan, Singapore, South Africa, and Venezuela are welcomed with interest by our American students.

Foreign students receive a strong, college preparatory curriculum, accompanied by a perspective on life in America. Additionally, foreign students, like all Banff School students, receive assistance maneuvering the complicated system of entrance exams and applications required for admission into an American university.

The Banff School is qualified to issue I-20's
to foreign students studying abroad.
